I’m working on changing that though. These past few years I have done things I never thought I could or would do. It has made me braver and stronger.Continue Reading

Have you ever felt that a whole chunk of your whole life has gone by without having anything to show for?
You go through the same routine day in and day out but looking back you are not sure if you have actually done anything “great” or made any “difference” in your life or to those around you.
Until recently I have felt that way. I felt like I was living life without any purpose or direction. I was starting things but not completing it. I was just going through the motions of the day but I didn’t really feel content or happy.Continue Reading
So versatile! I have been trying out different recipes since aiming to eat healthier and I just realised that a lot of it included bananas! Bananas were one of the more boring fruits for me growing up in Thailand having the plants just in my backyard. I never imagined that bananas would be my go-to, staple fruit that I would always have on hand at home. I started compiling the recipes I have tried recently and reminiscing how I used to eat bananas growing up and I just had to share my list. I will be sharing my 7 favorite ways to eat bananas. Easy to make, delicious and good for you!Continue Reading
*Update! I got the official results and my official finishing time is 41:54 and I finished in 720th place out of 1475.
I signed up. I made it! And I finished my first race in almost 2 years! I was expecting the worst: My baby would get sick, my husband would have a last minute meeting, I would get lost on the way or I would be late… But none of that happened and I am one happy Momma runner!
This is my second time to run the Venus Run. The last one was in 2013. This is one of the few all womens race and the few if not the only 5km race in Singapore. Today the race so happened to fall on Woman’s Day too. The race took place at Marina Bay Garden East on Sunday, March 8, 2015.
Here’s my recap of Venus Run 2015 in pictures and words:Continue Reading
Several years ago I came across yogurt cheese while following Tosca Reno’s eat clean diet/lifestyle. I never actually made the yogurt cheese…until now! Seriously, I don’t know what took me so long. You, yes you, please go try it out if you are a cheese lover like me but you want to keep things a little healthier!
I was sceptical. I LOVE my cheese and I just couldn’t imagine how this was going to turn out. Continue Reading
